Beer Dinner Menus

I hold beer dinners with eight to twelve people about every other month. For each dinner I choose a beer style and each guest brings at least 20 ounces of beer to share. For the first hour we taste the beers and compare notes. Then, I serve dinner and each dish is paired with a different beer.
